We take over responsibility for all or a defined part of an information system and ensure that it operates according to clear service level agreements. But over and above this, we are in an excellent position not only maintain it in a state-of-the-art condition, but also deliver productivity improvements. Our outsourcing services can be delivered from our own data centers, on our customers’ sites, or even using mixed teams.
